It’s Been Awhile

Today was the first day back to school after the long summer break. I didn’t get much of a break with teaching summer school both summer sessions, so I’m a little tired. But going back to “real” work means getting back on my schedule. I was up at 5am this morning heading off to spin class at Foothills Revolution where David took us through a nice workout. His workouts are always so different from the girls’, but they’re all good. We rode for over 60 minutes – 63 total.

I signed up for the “Beat the Eats” 12 week challenge which starts on Saturday, so I’ll be posting about that as it happens. I’m also going to incorporate an ab workout program into my routine. I’ve neglected them for too long. It’s time to go for that six pack. :-)

So it was a good eat and drink diet day today, and I’m exhausted. Tomorrow I’ve got running and the gym on the schedule, after I get plenty of rest.
