Kick Starting the Diet

Today is day 1 of my latest 90 day challenge. It’s all about eating right and exercising every day. This is my breakfast after my 4 mile hike in Phoenix Mtn Preserve. I didn’t get up as early as I would have liked, but it’s all good. It wasn’t too hot out there, about 82 when I finished. I did the 304-1A-Irregular-1A-304 Loop to the left. I call that backwards. This is my favorite hike at the moment. I hope to discover others this summer.

  1. YAY! You can do it! I need to get back on the P90X train in addition to my progress with drinking green smoothies. If you don’t drink them, try it out. You’ll love them…plus they fulfill any “sweet” urges you may have.

    • LOL. Well, I tried the cleanse for about 4 days. Drinking strange stuff didn’t quite work for me. I’ll check out the green smoothies though. P90X is in the plans again. Did it once, so I figure I can do it again. Join me for P90X. Let’s do it!
