Day 2 & 3 of the Master Cleanse

Okay, I cheated yesterday. I admit it, but I’m still going. I had a couple crab legs while visiting a friend from out of town. So far this has been the hardest part. I know. It’s only day three, but I’m having a hard time figuring out what to do with free time and social time. Usually I’m either eating out with friends or drinking at some random happy hour. Yesterday I had about 30 minutes to kill while I waited to go see a bike to buy. I didn’t know what to do with myself, so I sat in my car in the parking lot of a restaurant. Normally I would have just gone in and had a beer to kill the time. Then the meetup with my good friend @befitt at Joe’s Crab shack was tough. I caved. But I figure a little protein couldn’t have been all that bad. I didn’t stay in me very long. lol

So, aside from that, the only thing bothering me is having to pee every 5 minutes. That is totally inconvenient. But that’s better than feeling like I’m starving. I haven’t had that at all. I think my body is used to me starving it. lol She only responds to thirst. I get serious headaches when I’m dehydrated, and my legs start to cramp. I haven’t had any of that. I actually feel pretty normal. I could do this for 10 days. :)
