It was great. Well, I did eat, and I did stretch before bed, but other than that, I just chilled. I love this photo of some girl just chillin’ on a deck. That’s exactly how I felt. The rest was much needed.

I started running more these past few weeks, but I was never able to get the Nike+ iPod set up into the mix. Finally I got all the pieces together and the iPod all charged up. So now I have graphics from my runs again.
