I have three weight workouts in my new weight lifting plan. They are:
Mondays/Thursdays: Chest, Back & Rear Delts
Tuesdays/Fridays: Shoulders, Arms & Abs
Wednesdays/Saturdays: Quads, Hams & Calves

My partner seems to think that I am consuming too many calories and not burning enough. The only way to disprove this theory is to count the damned things. I hate counting calories.
