		<description>Looks good. I see you do the whey protein shakes. Do you ever do the bars? And if so, which ones? I just hate mixing the shake and then cleaning up. It seems it would be much easier to just munch on a bar.

And if you do use a protein bar, which do you use? There are so many and I find that most of them are loaded with sugar.</description>

		<description>Congrats Soul4Real!  Awesome job...  Hearing stories like yours definitely keeps me motivated.  I&#039;ve been on my own 12 week program.  I am on week 7.  I have seen improvement and I can&#039;t wait to find out my final numbers too!  I don&#039;t know about you...  I really attribute my physical conditioning to my eating habits.  Ever since I changed my eating habits I&#039;ve had more energy and all that good stuff.
