Information: 400M Swim, 10.2 mile Bike, 3.0 mile Run. Order of events: Swim - Bike - Run.
Cost: Individual $40, Teams $70, Corporate Team Challenge $70, $15 increase after October 13th.

  • Saturday, December 8, 2007 - Anthem, AZ: Anthem Holiday Classic

Information: Swim 400m/Bike 14 mi/Run 3.1 mi Women’s and Relay Triathlon, 11:30am start (women and relay). Community Center 41130 N. Freedom Way.

Registration: Register online through services such as Active.com.

    Hi Dr. Cooper! I have been meaning to get in touch with you since you left a friendly comment after my first blog: Diary of an Insecure Triathlete. I did my first Olympic Tri last Sunday at the YMCA in Litchfield. I wrote about it briefly in my most recent blog entitled: I Did it! It was very challenging for me, and now I just want to stick with Sprints. I have one on March 30th in Scottsdale, closer to home. I hope to end the season with the Tri for the Cure in late April. Are you doing any of these? Perhaps our paths will cross! How cool that we have the same name!! There was another Alisa Cooper when I was living back in Jersey and she was an orchestra leader in Atlantic City! Maybe there are a lot of “us!” Stay fit and healthy! Warm regards, Alisa
